Vijay Deverakonda is back in action, and this time he steps into the shoes of a rogue spy in Kingdom, a high-octane thriller that promises edge-of-the-seat storytelling. The much-anticipated trailer dropped at a grand launch event in Tirupati, sending fans into a frenzy. Following the launch, Vijay shared the trailer across his social platforms, declaring, “We built #Kingdom with fire in our hearts… Let it hit you like it hit me.”

Helmed by Jersey director Gowtam Tinnanuri, Kingdom presents Vijay Deverakonda as Surya, a skilled operative drawn into a dangerous undercover mission that turns his world upside down. What begins as a covert operation soon spirals into chaos, leading him into enemy territory, betrayal, and imprisonment. Set against the backdrop of a bleak, dystopian landscape, Surya’s path takes a shocking turn as he forms an unexpected alliance with the very forces he was sent to dismantle. Watch Kingdom's trailer here:

The trailer teases a gripping intense action, emotional depth, and psychological tension. With powerful visuals and tightly choreographed combat scenes, Vijay delivers both physical intensity and emotional nuance. Satyadev and Manish Chaudhary make notable appearances, adding to the film’s layered narrative. Backing the visual drama is an evocative score by Anirudh Ravichander, who continues his streak of cinematic brilliance. The music complements the narrative’s emotional weight and heightens the tension, making the trailer an immersive experience in itself.

Produced by S Naga Vamsi and Sai Soujanya under Sithara Entertainments and Fortune Four Cinemas, Kingdom is positioned as the first chapter of an ambitious two-part saga. The cast also includes Bhagyashri Borse in a pivotal role, while the film marks a major transformation for Deverakonda, who underwent intense physical preparation for the role. Interestingly, Jr NTR and Suriya have lent their voices to the Telugu and Tamil versions respectively, while Bollywood star Ranbir Kapoor has voiced the Hindi version titled Saamraajya.
