Satinder Sartaaj performs Jaiye Sajana live during his Ahmedabad concert

Punjabi singer and poet Satinder Sartaaj recently left fans spellbound during his live concert in Ahmedabad, where he performed the much-loved Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge track Jaiye Sajana. The soulful performance quickly became one of the standout moments of the evening, with several videos from the concert now going viral on social media. Fans online have been calling it one of the most emotional live renditions of the song so far.

Featured in Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, Jaiye Sajana has already connected deeply with listeners for its emotional lyrics and moving composition. Sung by Satinder Sartaaj along with Jasmine Sandlas, the track has been composed by Shashwat Sachdev and is being seen as one of the most heartfelt songs from the film’s soundtrack.

During the Ahmedabad leg of his Heritage Tour 2026, Sartaaj performed an extended live version of the song and held the audience’s attention throughout. With his signature Sufi style and strong stage presence, the singer created a powerful atmosphere at the venue, as fans joined in and sang along.

Sharing the moment online, the singer wrote, “समझेगा शायद एस प्यार दे रिवाज नूं ! दस्सो कोई हाल जा के साडे सरताज नूं ! आह मोहब्बतां दे वास्ते मैं पावां वे; गीत ओही गाईए सज्जणा ! सानूं सारीयां विसर गईਆਂ राहवां वे; किहड़े पासे जाईए सज्जणा ! किवें रुस्सी तक़दीर नूं मनावां वे ; किद्दां समझाईए सज्जणा !”

He further explained its meaning in English, writing, “{ Perhaps he will understand the customs of this love. Go, tell my “Sartaaj” of my conditions ; for the sake of this love ; let’s sing the same song, my love ! I have forgotten all the paths; which direction shall I take, beloved ? How do I appease a fate that has turned away, how do I make it understand, my love ? } Kehde Pasey Jaiye Sajana”
