Justin Timberlake has opened up about his health after finishing his ‘Forget Tomorrow' World Tour in Turkey on July 30. In an emotional Instagram post, Justin revealed that he has been diagnosed with Lyme disease.

He described the experience as deeply draining, not just physically, but mentally too. “It’s been exhausting and painful,” he shared, giving fans a glimpse into what he’s been going through behind the scenes.

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Justin wrote. “Among other things, I’ve been battling some health issues, and was diagnosed with Lyme disease - which I don’t say so you feel bad for me - but to shed some light on what I’ve been up against behind the scenes. If you’ve experienced this disease or know someone who has - then you’re aware: living with this can be relentlessly debilitating, both mentally and physically”.

Further sharing about the diagnosis, Justin wrote, “When I first got the diagnosis, I was shocked for sure. But at least I could understand why I would be onstage and in a massive amount of nerve pain or, just feeling crazy fatigue or sickness”.

Justin's ended his social media post extending gratitude towards his wife Jessica Biel and their two children, Silas and Phin, "Nothing is more powerful than your unconditional love. You are my heart and my home. I'm on my way”.

    What is Lyme disease?

Lyme disease is caused by a bacterium that spreads through the bite of an infected deer tick. It can lead to flu-like symptoms, tiredness, joint pain, or even nerve problems. Most people recover with antibiotics, but it can take time, especially if not treated early. In some cases, symptoms may linger even after the treatment is over.
