    There’s something about Priyanka Chopra on a dance floor and the way she owns it. Our desi girl, aka Priyanka, has always brought her fierce energy, confidence, and killer expressions to every step and every song. On her birthday, we’re turning the spotlight on the songs where she gave us some moves we still can’t get over. Check out some of the boldest dance numbers in this article.

    1. Desi Girl: From the movie Dostana, this track gave her the Desi Girl title. ‘Desi Girl’ features Priyanka Chopra in a sequinned saree, dancing alongside Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham. Sung by Shankar Mahadevan, Sunidhi Chauhan, and Vishal Dadlani, this track is composed by Vishal-Shekhar and written by Kumaar.

    2. Asalaam-e-Ishqum: From the movie Gunday, this cabaret-style number was all about glamour. Priyanka plays a nightclub performer and absolutely owns the stage and screen. The song also features Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. This track is sung by Neha Bhasin and Bappi Lahiri, with music by Sohail Sen and lyrics by Irshad Kamil.


    3.Ram Chahe Leela: Priyanka’s performance in this one is almost impossible to forget. She walks in with an unmatched attitude and delivers a power-packed mujra with a modern twist. Sung by Bhoomi Trivedi, composed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, and written by Siddharth-Garima, this track is from the movie Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela.

    4. Tune Maari Entriyaan: Another fun and flirtatious track from Gunday, where Priyanka shares space with Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. The retro styling, the comic chemistry, and her sharp moves make this a fun track to watch and vibe to. The track is sung by the legendary Bappi Lahiri, with Neeti Mohan, KK, and Vishal Dadlani. Music is composed by Sohail Sen, and lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil.

    5. Pinky: From the movie Zanjeer, Priyanka has performed a full-blown item number in this track. ‘Pinky’ is loud, desi, and unapologetically dramatic, and PC totally owns into it. Sung by Mamta Sharma and Meet Bros Anjjan, this track is composed by Chirantan Bhatt, and the lyrics are written by Shabbir Ahmed.

    6. Darling: From the movie 7 Khoon Maaf, ‘Darling’ is hauntingly beautiful and a seductive track. Priyanka looks marvellous throughout the song. ‘Darling’ is sung by Usha Uthup and Rekha Bhardwaj, composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, and lyrics by Gulzar.

    7. Raat Ke Dhai Baje: This underrated gem from Kaminey is fun and has that Bollywood wedding energy. Priyanka’s carefree moves and drama add all that vibe to the track. ‘Raat Ke Dhai Baje’ is sung by Sunidhi Chauhan, Kunal Ganjawala, Rekha Bhardwaj, and Suresh Wadkar. The music is composed by Vishal Bhardwaj, and the lyrics are written by Gulzar.


    8. Exotic (feat. Pitbull): Priyanka’s global avatar came out with ‘Exotic’. Shot on the beach with slick production, 'Exotic' is all about confidence, sass, and charm. What makes it even more special is that Priyanka didn’t just star in it, she has sung it too, alongside Pitbull. The track was produced by RedOne, with lyrics by Priyanka, Pitbull, and RedOne.
