Son of Sardaar 2's latest track 'Nazar Battu' is a sweet and lighthearted love song

The makers of Son of Sardaar 2 have dropped another fun romantic track, ‘Nazar Battu’ featuring Mrunal Thakur and Ajay Devgn. The song is sung by Jubin Nautiyal, composed by Harsh Upadhyay, and the lyrics are written by Pranav Vatsa. Listen to 'Nazar Battu' on Gaana!

The music video starts with Mrunal Thakur picking outfits for Ajay Devgn, and him going all gaga over Mrunal’s gesture. Perfectly justifying the name of the track, Mrunal puts Kaala teeka as Nazar Battu on Ajay Devgn who’s wearing the same outfit picked by her.

Talking about the song, ‘Nazar Battu’ is a sweet and light-hearted love song that beautifully captures the affectionate chemistry between Ajay Devgn and Mrunal, showcasing their romantic connection in a heartwarming way.

T-Series, Devgn Films, and Jio Studios announced the track drop with a collaborative Instagram post, with a caption, "Casting off all the nazar with #NazarBattu 🧿 Song out now!"

The movie features Ajay Devgn in the lead, reprising his role in this spiritual sequel to the 2012 hit Son of Sardaar. Directed by Vijay Kumar Arora, Son of Sardaar 2 also features Mrunal Thakur, Ravi Kishan, Deepak Dobriyal, Sanjay Mishra, Chunky Panday, Kubbra Sait, and Neeru Bajwa. Son of Sardaar 2 was initially set to release on July 25, 2025, but due to some unknown reasons, the makers have rescheduled the release to August 1, 2025. This change sets up a box office clash with Dhadak 2, starring Siddhant Chaturvedi and Triptii Dimri, which was already scheduled for release on August 1.
