As we gear up for the release of Ranveer Singh's Dhurandhar 2: The Revenge, it’s the perfect time to revisit the music that made the first film so memorable. Composed by Shashwat Sachdev, the soundtrack of Dhurandhar delivered a mix of high-energy tracks and some melodies that are still ruling the charts.

Starting with the ‘Dhurandhar’ title track, the song packs an insane amount of energy and groove. Sung by Shashwat Sachdev, Hanumankind, Jasmine Sandlas and Sudhir Yaduvanshi, the track was written by Hanumankind and Jasmine Sandlas.

Next up is ‘Shararat’, a song that is still ruling charts and reels. Set against a lavish wedding backdrop in Karachi in the movie, the track features both Ayesha Khan and Krystle D’Souza. It is sung by Madhubanti Bagchi and Jasmine Sandlas, and choreographed by Vijay Ganguly. The song is set during Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun’s grand wedding, held in the presence of Rahman Dakait, played by Akshaye Khanna.

Then there’s ‘Gehra Hua’, a mellow romantic track beautifully rendered by Arijit Singh and Armaan Khan. With lyrics by Irshad Kamil, the song adds a soft, emotional layer to the album. The music video features Ranveer Singh and Sara Arjun. This song perfectly captures the phase where Hamza (Ranveer) and Yalina (Sara) begin falling in love and slowly take their relationship forward.

‘Ishq Jalakar – Karvaan’ brings together multiple voices, including Shashwat Sachdev, Shahzad Ali, Subhadeep Das Chowdhury and Armaan Khan. The lyrics are written by Irshad Kamil and Sahir Ludhianvi. It serves as the official introduction song for Ranveer Singh's character.

Another standout is ‘Run Down The City – Monica’, sung and written by Reble. The track is a modern reimagining of RD Burman’s classic ‘Monica Oh My Darling’, with a fresh rap portion by Reble. It also featured in the film’s trailer and created quite a buzz. One standout moment shows Sara Arjun riding pillion with Hamza as he speeds through the city on a bike, adding to the adrenaline rush.

Closing it out is ‘Ez-Ez’, a high-energy number sung by Diljit Dosanjh and Hanumankind. Written by Raj Ranjodh, the track’s rap sections further boost its punchy vibe.
