Indian music producer Zeek, who is currently Los Angeles-based, has made history by producing the highly anticipated track ‘Higher Love’ for The Smurfs (2025). The audio released on February 21, 2025, whereas the music video was out on the 14th of April 2025. Featuring an all-star lineup—DJ Khaled, Cardi B, Natania and Subhi —this track is positioned to be a global sensation, further solidifying Zeek’s place as a trailblazer in the music industry.

Produced by Zeek and Ethan Roberts, Higher Love blends Pop, R&B, and Dance Pop, fusing cinematic elements with Zeek’s signature electronic-infused sound. Speaking about this big collaboration, Zeek says, "Man, I was honestly super scared when I left India to come to LA. It took me six to seven years of non-stop grinding with Amaal and Armaan — we were in the studio every single day, 14 hours a day, just working on music, trying to make a name for ourselves in the Bollywood industry. That was my life. So when the move happened, I had to hit reset. I remember thinking, 'Okay, I’m starting over. This might take another five years just to get somewhere.' It felt like a long road ahead. But I made a conscious choice — to stop working with everyone back home and fully invest in building a new world here. I focused on networking, meeting new people, and completely rewired my brain to think differently. And I’m glad I did — because that shift taught me so much about who I am. It helped me rediscover the love I have for music, and that love led me to this moment. Two years later, I’m here, co-producing Higher Love with Ethan, featuring legends like DJ Khaled and Cardi B, and creating alongside two of my closest friends, Natania and Subhi. This kind of package — this kind of moment — is something most people can only dream of. To live it, I feel incredibly grateful. I thank God, and I thank every single person who helped shape who I am, musically and personally. It’s been an amazing journey… and I truly believe it’s only just beginning.
