Metro...In Dino's music album, 'Side B' is out: The musical journey continues

The much-awaited album from Metro…In Dino, Side B is out now, and we can’t stop playing it on repeat. Each song talks about something real, like love, breakups, silent moments, or just that in-between feeling we have all had. Pritam has created yet another masterpiece and we all can feel it after listening to the songs. Metro…In Dino’s Side B includes a range of original versions, reprises, rewinds, and acapella renditions.

The first track was ‘Qayde Se’, is one of those love songs that quietly sneaks into your playlist. The track is sung by Arijit Singh while the lyrics are written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. Lines like, “Agar kabhi tumhein rulaya, kahaan mujhe bhi chain aaya”, “Kya batau dard leke, kitni raahat hui hai mujhe”, feel like the song is directly speaking your feelings out. ‘Qayde Se’ also has a film version, which is sung by Papon, and a rewind version sung by the nightingale of Indian music, Shreya Ghoshal. Fans are loving all the versions of it.

Next track is ‘Ishq Ya Tharak’, which we can’t stop gushing over. This song is special as Aditya Roy Kapur has contributed his vocals along with Nikhita Gandhi, Shashwat Singh, and Antra Mitra. The fun and flirty lyrics are written by Amitabh Bhattacharya. The song playfully talks about love and lust.

The next song is ‘Hote Tak’, sung by Papon with his signature soulful vibe that legit gives you goosebumps. It is the kind of song that just sneaks into your heart and stays there. The lyrics are originally penned by Mirza Ghalib and further modified by Sandeep Shrivastava. It talks about longing and the pain of relationships. Pritam’s composition is pure magic, blending soft acoustic strums with a subtle electronic beat that gives a dreamy and urban feel. The song is perfect for those moments when you’re lost in thought. You can’t help but hit repeat.

The Metro...In Dino album, by the genius Pritam, is straight-up stealing hearts. Fans are going wild over Side A tracks like ‘Dil Ka Kya,’ ‘Zamaana Lage,’ ‘Mann Ye Mera’, ‘Aur Mohabbat Kitni Karoon’, and others.

Metro...In Dino is Anurag Basu’s spiritual sequel to 2007’s Life in a Metro, which explores themes of a messy yet beautiful world of modern love across four intertwined stories. The movie features Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Konkona Sen Sharma, Neena Gupta, Anupam Kher, Ali Fazal, and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Metro...In Dino was released on 4th July 2025. The movie opened at ₹3.5 crores on July 4, 2025, jumped to ₹7.79 crores by Sunday, but dipped to ₹2.9 crores by Tuesday. Till now, the movie has earned 42.91 crores in 11 days, against an ₹85 crore budget.
