Katy appeared genuinely engaged in what Trudeau was saying, even leaning in to listen more closely. An eyewitness told TMZ that they shared several dishes, including lobster, and sipped two cocktails together. Their security guards were seated nearby, keeping a close watch on them and the crowd. They monitored the dinner through mirrored glass to maintain privacy. At one point, the chef stopped by to greet them, and later, Katy and Trudeau went into the kitchen to personally thank the staff.
