Just days after returning to civilian life, BTS’s Jungkook has already been making headlines because music labels and producers from all over the world want to work with him. A report from Newsen shared that many big international labels are eager to collaborate with Jungkook since he has been released from the mandatory military service and is back making music. One of the first artists to show interest publicly was Omar Rudberg, the Netflix Young Royals star and singer.

During a recent MTV UK interview, Omar was asked which K-pop star caught his attention, to which he hummed one of Jungkook’s songs, forgetting the name at first, which made everyone laugh. But when he remembered, he couldn’t stop praising him. “Love him! Incredible! His dancing, singing, and songs! He’s an incredible machine. I love that dude,” Omar said, even throwing in a playful “call me” gesture at the camera. Fans loved it and appreciated the sweet shout-out.

This is just one example of the huge attention and interest Jungkook is getting from artists and producers around the world. Even when he was serving in the military, his solo music continued to rank high on global charts. So, it’s no surprise that everyone wants to team up with him now.

Jungkook flew to the US on July 8 to start working on new music. Although the details are still undiscovered, it’s been confirmed that he and the other BTS members will stay in Los Angeles for at least two months before heading back to Korea. BTS has officially started working on their next album, which is expected to come out in spring 2026. This will be BTS’s first comeback as a full group since they all joined the military, which makes it a very special moment for both the members and ARMYs worldwide.
